ERS has been assisting banks and financial
institutions with their real estate needs since our
inception in 1992. In addition to our standard Scope
of Services we have established a formal Lender Action Plan implementing services specifically tailored
to meet the unique needs of regulated lending institution.
We have worked extensively with lending
institutions in the past assisting with due diligence,
asset management and asset sales. ERS has represented
numerous commercial lenders, life insurance companies,
and pension funds including Chevy Chase Bank, Wells
Fargo, Chase, the FDIC, the RTC, Bank of America, Northwestern
Mutual Life Insurance Company and AEW. In addition we
worked extensively with Riggs National Bank (now PNC)
in the analysis and sale of their entire portfolio of
